Captima finds £63M Bridge Loan for hotel Investor
Captima delivered a Bridge Loan in record time to assist a Far East Institutional investor group to acquire a portfolio of trading hotels. The deal brokered by Captima was competitively priced at under 4% fixed per annum and provided gearing up to 65% of the aggregate value of five trading hotel assets.

Captima brokers £33M of equity and debt for conversion of iconic bank building
Captima brought in by the owners of an iconic listed former Bank building to structure finance for the conversion to a 227 room luxury hotel franchised by a leading brand. Captima identified a private equity partner who shared the vision of the building owners to provide a luxury hotel incorporating magnificent 1 and 2 bedroom suites ranging in size from 40m2 to an 125m2 Presidential Suite as well as converting the bank vaults, that held the country’s Gold Reserve for a period during the 2nd World War, to a Roman Bath-themed Spa.

Hotel and Casino owner operator gets £22M financing package
Captima delivered a £10.95M loan as part of a financial restructuring package valued at £22M to assist in the restructuring of a hotel and leisure group. The deal included debt restructuring, new shareholder equity, sale and leaseback of land to the Isle of Man Government and fresh debt brokered by Captima.

Captima appointed by a prominent Scandinavian real estate development company focussed on regeneration and construction projects primarily in Sweden and Denmark. Captima tapped a specialist European Fund to provide a debt facility in order to acquire an existing mixed-use building and convert it into a boutique hotel.
