    Captima delivers £100M of Bridge Loans for Mixed Use project

    Captima delivered two bridge financing solutions to UK developer to finance accrued costs and to facilitate project-related expenses in order to secure government owned land. Captima arranged separate bridge financings of an aggregate £100M to consolidate existing indebtedness and to secure a site owned by the Gibraltar Government for a proposed mixed use project comprising luxury and affordable housing, marina, hotel and leisure facilities.
