Fixed and floating rate loans with terms up to 40 years are achievable – most conventional loans are 10 years with longer term amortisation profiles. Loans are fully assumable, with earn outs available and flexible prepayment options. Rates typically based on prevailing Treasuries and 30-day LIBOR
