Engaged by a specialist logistics investor and developer to procure development funding for a 4 unit logistics development, Captima ran an extensive process involving a range of lenders including banks, specialist lenders, life company lenders and funds in order to identify the most compelling deal structure and pricing. The site will provide approx. 1 million square feet and is being developed speculatively in phases. Working to strict deal parameters that included a requirement for 100% LTC without corporate or personal guarantees and the desire for interest to be funded as well as construction costs, Captima obtained highly competitive terms to fully fund the development.

Captima structures €175M expansion capital for European logistics company
Captima tapped by management of a leading European warehousing and distribution group engaged in the provision of logistics and transportation solutions to a wide range of sectors with particular emphasis on construction materials including cement, concrete, mortar and aggregates. Captima nailed down a Fund to provide a bespoke “war-chest” of capital to fund growth and acquisitions.

Captima structures £5M refinance for Pipe Yard owner
Captima tasked to deliver a competitive debt solution to a light industrial Pipe Yard owner in order to refinance existing debt and provide funds for improvement works to existing warehouse facilities. Captima negotiated an attractively priced senior debt solution in order to arrive at a compelling financing outcome.
