Captima at Alternative Residential Property Conference 2017

Captima attended the Alternative Residential Property Conference in London in September 2017. The event featured sessions focused on the enormous growth opportunity in alternative asset classes including Student Housing, Micro Living, PRS and Retirement Living. The Conference discussed where capital and investment in these asset classes is coming from and where investors are looking to in the future and how investments are and will be structured.

Captima are a prominent player in the PRS market and were able to interact with operators, financiers, investors and advisers in order to discuss many aspects  which affect its development clients.
