Captima engaged by a Private Rented Sector (PRS) developer established by experienced property investors to structure equity for two PRS development projects. Captima identified a Private Equity Fund to provide £30 million of Preferred Equity to assist in the development of two purpose built, high-quality PRS assets delivering in aggregate 375 units.
